Are your bags authentic? What's included in the package?

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

If the parcel get lost halfway, what should I do?
International shipping is not 100% controable, about 0.02% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away
If I don't receive what I ordered, what should I do?
First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.
